Captain Budd is a Hawaiian artist that is well known for his digital fantasy art, paintings, and scrimshaw work. His interest in the sea and its many creatures.  His Scrimshaw was many Hawaiian related, ships, palm trees, islands, whales and more.

He went to the SanFrancisco Art Institute and has traveled all over the world, setting up on the side of the street, by the zoo or featured his works in Galleries. Now highly sought after by many collectors.
