Captain Budd is a Hawaiian artist that is well known for his digital fantasy art, paintings, and scrimshaw work. His interest in the sea and its many creatures.  His Scrimshaw with many Hawaiian related ships, palm trees, islands, whales and more.

He went to the SanFrancisco Art Institute and has traveled all over the world, he loves setting up on the side of the road, displaying by the zoo fence, and being in his favorite Galleries. Now his scrimshaw is highly sought after by many collectors.
